Ben is the founder of Form Urban and a planner with a strong focus on development-led outcomes. He works closely with developers, landowners, and project teams to navigate planning approvals and unlock site potential throughout NSW. Ben has extensive experience across residential, commercial, mixed-use and education sector projects, taking a practical and commercially minded approach that balances planning controls with development feasibility. He is a problem solver and implements a hands-on approach to personally guide projects from early concept through to approval.
